REFUND POLICIES ON DIGITAL PRODUCTS, WORKSHOPS & PRIVATE COACHING:

We stand behind all of our products and your satisfaction is very important to us. All purchases made from DayTradersAcademy. (including all related website properties, sales over the phone, and live event on-site purchases) are covered by the following policies.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the proprietary nature of the information we’re sharing, once we give it to you there is no way to get it back. With that said
there is a strict no refund policy for any reason.

Please note that reasons like are not valid.

“I’m no longer interested.”
“This doesn’t suit my trading style.”
“I’m no longer trading.”
“This isn’t what I thought it would be.”

In order to avoid this situation make sure to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about what you’re purchasing.

Digital Downloads

All digital and downloadable product sales are final. We do not offer digital product refunds, once a download/digital access has been assigned to you there is nothing we can retrieve back.

If you have any problems accessing the digital content you have purchased please contact our Customer Support Department immediately at 323-599-2468 during the hours of 9 AM – 6 PM EST, Monday through Friday, so we can resolve the issue.

Digital product purchases do not grant rights to the buyer to share, reproduce or resell the product in any way.
